The first thing that we noticed, was water under the tile in our spare bathroom, not the master bathroom.
We needed someone to come out and take a look at it.
We called Gold Coast, to come out.
We also went to the LA County Fair and had the people that we found there, come out and give us an estimate.
But Gold Coast, by far, was the best out of all of them.
It started out as something simple as redoing the vanity because the vanity had water damage.
The tile had water damage.
The toilet didn’t sit right on the tile.
And there was water supposedly coming from the shower curtain, running down the bathtub, and under the tile.
That’s what the insurance people said.
Our goal was to make sure none of that happens anymore.
Instead of having me do it, we had professionals do it. So that’s why we called Gold Coast.
From start to finish, the crew was very attentive to us.
They always took our phone calls.
They always asked if we liked it.
If something changed, they always called us.
They never just did stuff to go over budget.
They always went through us. They were always really honest and up forward with everybody.
Because Joey and Kevin were like that, instead of just doing the tile in the bathroom, we did tile throughout the house and the carpet throughout the house.
We bought all the tile and had all that taken care of.
It smells so good! With new carpet, and new tile, and new paint, it smells like a brand new car. It’s nice to walk in and be like, “Oh, it’s all nice and clean.”
Thanksgiving is when everybody in our family comes over.
My mom and dad and my aunt and my cousin are the only people I have. But Kat has brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews and everybody and they all come over and have Thanksgiving here. My cousins’ sleepover in their motor home. And my brother in law sleeps in his motorhome, out on the street. First thing in the morning, we get up and go to the desert.
Everybody is nice, Joey is nice. You are so nice. Kevin is very nice. The crew, everybody that came to our house to work on this house was nice, respectful, clean.
They didn’t do anything to be rude or anything like that, everyone was really great.
I don’t think I’ll go with anybody else. Ever. When we have other things that need to be done. You guys will be the first ones we call.
