Danielle’s interview
I grew up in this house. I took it over from my dad 17 years ago. We did home improvements. Needs change. Had kids. This doesn’t rest work. Floating island on wheels so it could be moved. Fall over. Hit kids. Wasn’t conducive. Noticing a lot of things were on the counters. Not a lot of storage. Cluttered. It was driving me nuts. I had a Grand plan to tweak everything. No room that wasn’t touched. Every single room in the house. List of things I wanted. Ideas I had. I shot for the moon. Land on a star. They took us to the moon and back. I can’t tell you how many contractors we had over the years. We got quotes from others. Saying what we wanted. They would say you don’t want that. Master bathroom. My idea and they would come in and say no we can’t do that. You’re going to lose your double vanity. They said it was impossible. Oh, what you’re going to lose your sink. They found a way to make it work
They made it incredible. It’s Amazing. I share pictures. My friends have contacted me. It looks like a hotel. It looks like a spa. It used to be our parents. Now it’s our home. Now it’s a brand new house. It feels a lot roomier. Dad had a stroke a little over four years ago. He came over a couple of weeks ago. You guys made it bigger. He sat here in awe. It seems so much bigger. It really is everything. Wow. They are amazed. They would have done anything. They would have done anything to help us out. The other thing I would like to say.
Being a homeowner, we tried to deal with a lot of contractors. The one thing I enjoyed and I appreciated, with Joey and the team, is that they were very communicative. They would text. Call. Confirm appointments. Let me know who would be there and when. If there was a hold-up. I really appreciated they were always reachable. Always willing to talk to you.
We were in the thick of it. It was going to happen. We need to have a come to Jesus meeting. This needs to get done. We’ve been uprooted for more than a month. He would hear us out. If we had concerns. He was always there, showing up with a solution. It was a really good experience. It’s not always easy. There is no other company that could do it without any hiccups. There is always going to be something. They really did whatever they could do to make things as painless as possible. Communication. Willing to talk to us. They would say… If you’re having issues. If you’re upset. Tell me. Talk to me. We never felt like we couldn’t talk to him. We feel like our family is extended. They were practically living with us. Home renovation is not easy. Construction is a beast. It can be hard they made it as quick and painless as possible.
The garage will be the next thing to tackle. We are sharing their contact information. Anyone who sees our house. They are in shock and awe. They did right by us. It was a good experience. They made our dreams a reality.
