The place is beautiful. It’s gorgeous. Not many people have been able to come and see it. Everyone who does is just so surprised by all the different detail that went into it, just how nice it is, and how the craftsmanship in the work is really excellent. Don’t be afraid to ask for something. If there’s something you really like or there’s something that you have questions about, Joey was excellent at being able to just brainstorm ideas. Our ADU had a couple different challenges and a unique shape, so we had to be creative many times to get what we wanted. My advice would just be to research everything you want. If it’s something you really wish to do, work with Joey. He’ll find a way to get that thing that you desire, the design you want in your home.
