Joey was always very responsive. Any time I needed anything, he was right on it. So it was good communication. And throughout the process, definitely. Get a contractor you can work with that. You can communicate well with them. That’s on the same page when it comes to design and expenses. That’s one thing I really appreciated. Joey wasn’t trying to upsell me or trying to, you know, do high-end things. It was just very practical. And he knew it was intended for my mother. He made a lot of things specifically, that would work for my mother, like the walk-in shower, and things like that. I think communication is critical with a contractor

My name is Stephanie. This is my mother, Beth Higham. It was a good time. We needed to have an option for her when she was no longer going to be able to be completely on her own. We worked with Joey on the design. They had a designer that put it together. It was all on her. She did everything. Total surprise. She kept me posted by sending me pictures all the time of progress. Oh, this is done. It was exciting, to see everything develop. But when I got here, it was my first time seeing it totally furnished. You know, she brought in the furniture, made things, built things, and all the beautiful artwork and it was a total surprise for me. It was awesome. I love it. Every inch it’s filled with her love.
