I felt he would be super flexible with things because he was like, Yeah, if you pick somebody else to do the flooring, great. You know, you need to pick these things now, but you don’t need to pick these things now. You know, we can do things on a grand scale, or we can do things on a budget. He was flexible in just that first meeting with us. The communication was excellent. Any time we had a question or weren’t sure about something, Joey responded almost instantly. When things were more significant, like something different, like the bar cut out, the tile we wanted on the wall in the bathroom, or how we wanted that space. He was like really excited about the challenge. He’s like, Yeah, let’s do it.

My name is Andrea Baron. My name is Steve Barron. The thing I liked about when Joey came and gave us a quote was the detail and suggestions that he had when he gave us the quote. That was different than most of the other contractors that came. For instance, he said, okay, you want to light, no problem. Joey talked about how many lights the size of the lights, and where we wanted to put the light, to which most guys just said, okay, you want to light. Seeing him be excited gave us the confidence that it would happen. I could always message him about anything that was going on. And he would text me back and say, I’ll send this person out. I can send this person on Friday. And I felt he was honest about, like, I don’t have anybody for the next three days, but this guy can come out on Friday. We would use him again, and we recommend him all the time. Family members close to our family recently remodeled their homes, and they were all very impressed and loved all the work. We wanted the house to be a great place to entertain, and it is now.
