Ted Morano. Nathalie Morano We just finished adding an additional 600 square feet to our 633 to our existing home. We added a master bedroom and office, and then we converted the previous master bedroom into a laundry room and a bedroom for my daughter. Certainly guys like, you know, Tim or Tony or Brian, you know, or Steve, the air conditioner guy, you know, and electric Dave that, you know, they were all just great and very accommodating. Joey’s a nice guy, you know, and was always very receptive to our issues and there were issues like there is in every construction project, you know, So, you know, he was always very responsive. And, you know, there were some things we felt needed a little bit more attention. And he came in and gave it more attention. Well, it’s nice to have the extra space for sure, you know, And it’s nice it’s fun to be decorating. It’s still a long process, you know, but it’s doubly nice to have the kids in their own space. And we’re kind of back there, you know, with our own bathroom with a little more privacy. So, you know, yes, we’ve worked with Joey before and, you know, he was always willing to solve any problems that came up that was important. So we had some familiarity with him. And so, you know, it was just important to have some kind of rapport, you know, to have trust that was important, really, you know, And we trusted Joey to come in and make good on his promises.
