- Plumbing & Electrical – Installed all-new plumbing and electrical systems, including supply and drainage for the kitchen and bathrooms, gas connections for appliances, and a 200-amp electrical system.
- Roofing & Insulation – Installed a new Spanish tile roof, upgraded insulation, and energy-efficient ventilation for better comfort and efficiency.
- Stucco & Exterior Finishes – Matched and refinished existing stucco with a smooth hand-troweled finish for a seamless look.
- Interior Finishes – Installed new hardwood flooring, refinished existing floors, and added new baseboards and trim to tie everything together.
