This Claremont home had good bones but needed a fresh start. The owners wanted a clean, bright, modern look, and they asked Gold Coast Solutions to help update the entire space in a simple and well-organized way.
The laundry room saw one of the biggest changes. It started as a tight area with almost no storage. We rebuilt it with custom cabinets, butcher-block counters, and floating shelves, turning it into a room that is both useful and nice to be in.
The living room also changed a lot. The original fireplace wall had uneven, dark shelves. We rebuilt the shelves on both sides and added a new quartz surround. A fresh coat of paint brought the whole room together.
The kitchen didn’t need a full remodel, but new paint, tile, shelving, and lighting made it feel brighter and more open.
Outside, the old pool was removed and the yard was leveled. New paver paths were added so the space is now clean, open, and ready for future landscaping.
We also helped clean and update the garage and attic, making those areas safer and easier to use.
Throughout the project, we kept communication simple and clear. The owners were great to work with and even left a kind online review, which means a lot to our team.
The home now feels lighter, more functional, and more updated. We enjoyed being part of this project and are happy to share the finished photos.
