In March, we first met Joey, to discuss our vision of enlarging our downstairs kitchen and living areas, as well as adding storage compartments under our existing stairs. From the design phase to completion, he was heavily involved in making sure that our vision was captured and executed accurately. In addition, communication throughout the project was excellent. We had visual timelines, and if any clarification was needed, we would message or call Joey, and he would quickly respond. It's been 7 weeks since completion and we are still happy with the results. We hired Gold Coast Solutions after finding a recommendation on our community Facebook page. We had a 40 year old river rock fireplace that was ready to come down and had no idea where to start.
The owner Joey Rasich right away understood what we were looking for and gave us a fair quote for the demo, drywall repair/paint, new stone and a mantel.

Our kitchen flooded this year on Super Bowl Sunday. I probably had 10 contractors come out and give me bids on a total kitchen remodel. When Joey came out he was very sincere and informative regarding our options with our remodel. His bid was very competitive and we decided to go with his company. I was referred to Gold Coast Construction by a mutual friend. I had been looking for a contractor for about a month and was either left hanging by them--without a quote or designs--or was told "You don't want that" or "That can't be done." From the very first interaction, Gold Coast was a breath of fresh air. Joey messaged me to set up a meeting time, he confirmed the date and time via text, and showed up on time. When I told him what I was looking for, he didn't even flinch. The job quickly snowballed in to a total home remodel. The price was right and they were ready and willing to do the work.
