I would say Joey has a gift for hiring good people. Everyone is relaxed. I felt comfortable talking to the people who were there. I felt very comfortable having them all in the house. I always had the feeling that everybody was on the same page.

I felt he would be super flexible with things because he was like, Yeah, if you pick somebody else to do the flooring, great. You know, you need to pick these things now, but you don’t need to pick these things now. You know, we can do things on a grand scale, or we can do things on a budget. He was flexible in just that first meeting with us. The communication was excellent. Any time we had a question or weren’t sure about something, Joey responded almost instantly. When things were more significant, like something different, like the bar cut out, the tile we wanted on the wall in the bathroom, or how we wanted that space. It’s cool because I don’t know how many companies would be willing to do some of the things we did or go along with some of my ideas. He’s been an absolute pleasure to work with. The communication was excellent. Always on top of it. The little question I had, I was able to reach him. That’s a big deal. When something is happening in your house, they’re working on it, and you have a question or concern, and you can reach the boss immediately- that’s just really helpful.

We love the bathroom. We’re thrilled. It is so much easier than the super-white bathtub. Dirty Sports feet and sometimes taking two or three showers daily in and out.
